Gregory Costanzo is a Virginia native who started the journey of photography with a B&W lab in his home at the age of 12. He has been a professional photographer in New York City for 11 years. He is a versatile portrait photographer whose work has appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Essence Magazine and Variety among other publications. His documentary work done behind the scenes of the entertainment industry explores the intimacy of the ‘private’ moments that occur while producing a ‘public’ product. He currently has ongoing collaborations with several major theaters in New York City. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife and daughter.
